This circuit 10 channel series chaser LED sequence circuit, Using the IC555 and CD4017 is the most popular Timer and Decade Counter (Divided by 10 Counter) ICs, it acts as a LED driver in 10 output LED channel, by LED will glow only one in a rapid sequence. And control to speed with 555 timer preset resistor (10K) which is setting frequency output of a basic astable frequency generator
