   This circuit how to make the 12v battery voltage level indicator Using the LM3915, that the IC is a monolithic integrated circuit that senses analog voltage levels and drives ten LEDs

The component is using 
1. LM3915
2. 10K  preset resistor
4. 56K ohm
5. 18K ohm
6. 3.7K ohm
7. 10 LED 
8. ON/OFF push button

If i want this 10 leds light between 9 volt and 13 volt then how much value of resistant i need to change? Thanks
